We’ve created 5 rooms within the agritourism (Fleur-de-Lis, Sunflower, Sunset, The Oaks and The Grain) – each one of which has its own bathroom and self heating. There’s also a small Apartment (The Little House) which is 50m² with two double rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, self heating; the Little House opens out onto the agritourism’s threshing-floor where we have built a wooden gazebo which has a floor made of old bricks.

With the possibility of extra beds added we can host a total of 20 people.

The rooms are furnished with wooden furniture in the arte povera style. The linen and the colour of the walls are in harmony with the room’s themes: Sunset – shades of orange and red, Fleur-de-Lis - pastel blue etc. opening up on the walls are stone squares, the material in which the house is built. The ceiling is made of wooden beams.

A beautiful view of the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from each room, overlooking Urbania, Sasso Simone and Simoncello, the Parish-church and its two secular and particular oaks, Monte Nerone and the Metauro Valley.
