Our farm is family-run, there are five of us running the two activities – three brothers and sisters and two parents.

The organic farm covers 22 hectares of owned property and 24 hectares which are rented.

The private lands are displaced around the agritourism, which is also the centre of the agricultural activities; the land forms the hill of Pieve del Colle which stands at 351m above sea level.

We cultivate using an organic method so as to respect the natural fertility of the land, and we therefore follow the rotation of crop cultivation.

We produce: vegetables, fruit, cereals, pulses, grapes, various seeds, wood.

We rear: pigs, sheep, chickens, geese, rabbits and pigeons.

We also have: a horse (Querosette), a donkey (Piri) which have kept each other, and us, company for several years; two dogs Bonny and Stella who are our sentinels, and many cats with their “prrr, prrr…”.
